Set, Setting, and Company.

Depending on where you are and who you are with, your mind thinks different thoughts because of the environment you are in.

The goal is to be your true self wherever you are.

Depending on which city, province, state, or country, or continent you reside in, you would have access to different thought patterns when deep in meditation or deep in thought. Meditation goes beyond thoughts. But first you would need to get your thoughts in order for you to access the different states of consciousness, or else your thoughts would run wild and would be uncontrollable.

It takes a lifetime of meditation to reach a level of conscious awareness where you can control your own Self — Consciousness, Mind & Body at will.

WHAT REALLY IS CONSCIOUSNESS?

Some simple instructions on ascension & self — actualization:

  • Sit cross legged and start meditation
  • Be the silent awareness witnessing and observing all the thoughts. Any negative thoughts arise, end them and find the positive in it.
  • Bring your awareness back to your breath and the present moment if there’s any irritation in your mind.
  • Note: The longer you can sit with this practice the better.

The key is the conscious practice of this activity to Self — Actualize.

Anyways… this is my distilled knowledge from my personal practice and after about roughly 1,000 hours of deep practice in Yoga & thought analysis over the last 5 years, I’m Hindustan. I’m 30 now. My religion, Hinduism — the oldest and most emerging religion in the world — teaches what consciousness (and more) is and can be attained in an effective way.
